PROTECT PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTSYesterday, despite overwhelming support by the Delaware legislature, Governor Minner vetoed Senate Bill 245 - a bill to protect your property rights from eminent domain abuse.
Concerned citizens from throughout Delaware will travel to Legislative Hall, Dover, on Monday afternoon to show support for and solidarity with, business and property owners who have fought for over a year to protect your property from being given to developers.
Please join us in Dover on Monday afternoon as we try to get the legislature to override the Governor’s veto.
Free bus transportation will be provided.
We need to have a head count by no later than 7:00 pm Sunday, June 29.

3: 45 pm The bus will depart the Crossroads Shopping Center, Route 9, New Castle Ave., (park near the laundromat).
4:30 pm The bus will depart the Christiana Mall Park and Ride, north of the old Strawbridge’s Store
8:30 pm. Bus will arrive back in Wilmington.
Please bring a photo identification so that you can enter Legislative Hall to lobby the legislators.
